MASS.

Other than the usual beauty of the trail we're hiking, the 60 miles of Massachusetts was pretty uneventful. My dad (CPD) was back back on the trail after his feet healed, we stayed at a creepy hostel one night and a really cool one the next, we climbed a couple big mountains and a bunch of small ones....

 Mt. Race

 Mt. Everett in the back

1st rule at this hostel..."Dont talk to anyone you see walking around outside. This is a silent retreat. Only smile or nod your head...Strange place.
A look back at the range
 Now this place was awesome.
Beaver lodges were everywhere through out Mass.
These beaver dudes are pretty darn smart to chomp down tress, build a damn with them, and then build there home on the water. Not bad fellas.
A break at the general store before the climb up Mt. Greylock
CPD powering it up Mt. Greylock

 Summit of Mt. Greylock

A rainy day coming off the mountain
Mt. Greylock from North Adams, Mass.
