For the past few weeks I've been having pain in my left foot. Theres a boney spot that appeared and it's been hurtin' pretty good. I took a zero a couple days ago in Manchester Center, VT and decided to get it checked out. I knew it probably wasn't going to do any good anyways. What the doctor told me was that they didn't see any thing on the X-ray but he thought it might be a sprain or stress fracture. The treatment for both was rest...welp that ain't happenin', it really ain't that bad. So on we go......Check out this rock art.
