YEEEAAAAHHHHHH!!! Over 2,000 miles and Mt. Katahdin has been conquered! Its an epic ending to such an incredible journey. Standing on top of that mountain today at the end of the trail was a feeling like no other. This journey that I started just over 6 months ago has been the best experience of my life. I truly lived a dream and it really feels like all this has just been a wild dream. Its unreal.

My son is wanting to do the very thing that you just accomplished and I was curious and scared about the thought of him attempting to hike the AT. Now that I have followed your journey, I am more supportive of his quest. Congratulations and thanks for blogging your awesome adventure!
