Goose Eye Mountain
Fun Stuff!
The Moohosuc Notch. Known as the toughest mile...or funnest mile of the A.T. Its a bolder field maze for a little over a mile of small car and mini van sized bolders. Its pretty amazing. Climbing over and under these bolders to get thru took me a little over 2 hours for just a mile. Over all, it was challenging and fun.
Steep slippery slope up the Mahoosuc Arm
Speck Mountain. Apparently Maines highest alpine pond is here at 3,400 ft but I could hardy make it out in all the fog.
Sneaky snake
Mud bogs are everywhere in Maine. This one would probably be about waist deep.
Baldplate Mountain. This was a awesome climb.
